For extensions and refurbishments, almost always — and most of our clients do. We plan the work to keep your home usable, protect the areas we are not working in, and leave the site clean and tidy at the end of every day to keep disruption to a minimum.
We can. If you do not already have drawings, we will put you in touch with someone to draw up plans and complete the necessary planning and building-control paperwork. If you have your own architect, we are happy to build to their drawings.
