We are registered members of the National House Building Council. When we construct a new building it is inspected not only by the local council, but also by an NHBC inspector, who checks that it is built to the rigorous standards laid down by both bodies.
Once registered with the NHBC, the property is under guarantee for ten years from completion. That gives you the peace of mind that the workmanship has been independently checked and that you are covered should anything go wrong in the future — which matters when you are making an investment as major as a new home.
