In nearly every case, yes — and it is what most of our clients do. We plan the work so you keep the use of your kitchen, bathroom and services for as long as possible, protect the rest of the house from dust and mess, and keep you posted on what is happening each week.
Yes. If you do not already have drawings, we can put you in touch with someone to draw up plans and handle the planning and building-control paperwork, then build to them. If you have your own architect, we are happy to work to their drawings.
A single-storey rear extension typically runs 6–10 weeks; a two-storey extension longer. We give you a realistic programme before we start rather than an optimistic one, and we keep you updated if anything moves.
