Registered new home builder
Every new build we construct is inspected by an NHBC inspector as well as the local council, and carries a ten-year NHBC guarantee from completion that transfers to a new owner if the property is sold.
FENSA
Registered window & door installer
Our replacement UPVC windows and doors are self-certified to building regulations under FENSA, and we issue a certificate for your records and for any future sale of the property.

When a new home is registered with the NHBC, the building is under guarantee for ten years from completion — giving you the confidence that the workmanship has been rigorously checked and that you are covered should anything go wrong. For replacement windows and doors, our FENSA registration means a certificate is issued for your records and for any future sale of the property.
