This project extended the kitchen, utility room and office space across the rear of the property. The family stayed living at home for the whole build, so we sequenced the work to keep their kitchen usable as long as possible and left the site clean each evening.
A complete new build from groundworks to handover-ready home. Registered with the National House Building Council and inspected by both the local council and an NHBC inspector at each stage, the property carries a ten-year NHBC guarantee from completion.
A single-storey new build delivered to NHBC standards. As with every new home we build, it was inspected against both the local council's and the NHBC's standards, giving the owners independent reassurance and a ten-year guarantee that transfers if they ever sell.
Built on foundations and dwarf walls to the same standard we would give an extension, then fitted with quality frames and sealed units from suppliers we trust. The result is an attractive feature on the rear of the house and a genuinely usable room year-round.
Dunstable · UPVC Doors & Windows
Every window and door replaced with white UPVC, along with new fascias and guttering. As a registered FENSA installer we self-certified the work to building regulations and issued the owners a certificate for their records and any future sale.

A whole-house refurbishment with the trades coordinated under us as main contractor. Disruptive work handled efficiently and to a high standard, with the property treated with respect and left tidy at the end of each day.
